Which planning scenario fits your organisation?

CONTROLSPAN RESEARCH DESKSECTION 10 · PAGE 12 OF 17Last updated 28 October 2026

These are decision scenarios, not probability-weighted forecasts.

Scenario Evidence that would support it Recommended Q1 response
Bounded automation Your pilot shows useful drafts or recommendations with manageable review effort and no critical permission failures Expand one workflow at a time; retain named human approval for consequential decisions.
Faster operational adoption Required features are production-ready, representative tests pass and operating owners can support them Consider a second workflow only after reviewing consumption, reviewer workload and incident handling.
Readiness or roadmap delay Data defects, unresolved exports, missing entitlements or unavailable features block acceptance Narrow phase one, repair the incumbent or negotiate a controlled bridge rather than force a broad cutover.

Do not choose the scenario by supplier enthusiasm. Choose it using your own evidence and unresolved dependencies.
