| **Bounded automation** | Your pilot shows useful drafts or recommendations with manageable review effort and no critical permission failures | Expand one workflow at a time; retain named human approval for consequential decisions. |
| **Faster operational adoption** | Required features are production-ready, representative tests pass and operating owners can support them | Consider a second workflow only after reviewing consumption, reviewer workload and incident handling. |
| **Readiness or roadmap delay** | Data defects, unresolved exports, missing entitlements or unavailable features block acceptance | Narrow phase one, repair the incumbent or negotiate a controlled bridge rather than force a broad cutover. |
